Shanghai Museum

Today Fudan arranged a fieldtrip to Shanghai Museum for all the students taking the summer course. It was pretty nice to get into the museum for free and we got to enter thorough the priority entrance so the waiting time wasn’t as long as it could have been I guess. The museum was pretty nice, had exhibitions on chinese jade, old coins, furniture, caligraphy, sculptures, art, bronze, etc.. they also had a special exhibiton from New Zealand that they are borrowing at the moment on the old culture of natives living there, little green tikis and everything. Today it’s really warm so indoor sightseeing was just the thing to do I guess, now some fruit and tv shows before memorizing more chinese characters 🙂
